We use a company called Tenant Tracker to check credit and criminal history. They are a third-party, independent screening service. We will run your credit and check leasing and employment histories. You don’t necessarily need perfect credit in order to be approved; one of the important considerations is any history of evictions or balances owed to other apartment properties.
Absolutely not! You will need to bring a photo ID, but there is no charge to view our model and/or vacant apartments and community amenities. We look forward to showing you around!
We encourage appointments if you have an idea of what day and time you will be stopping by, so that we can make sure someone is available to meet with you. If your schedule requires more flexibility, you may stop in any time during office hours and we’ll give you a tour.
Our community staff is available during office hours to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. You can also email us anytime, and we’ll respond during office hours. Our community offers 24-hour emergency maintenance, as well–simply call 325-949-7814.
We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier checks. Cash will not be accepted. You can also pay online by setting up an account through our resident portal after you move in!
Pets are welcome on property! There is a $200 non-refundable fee, and a $300 deposit due at the time of your move-in plus an additional $15/ month pet rent. Please call the office for more information on weight, breed, and age restrictions.
Residents are responsible for setting up their electrical service through the provider of their choice. Gas and water are billed through the property and are based on number of occupants.
